Bugs/Issues
If you're having an issue with the game or have encountered a bug, start by checking the FAQ (link) below in case your issue, and its solution, are already listed. If not then report the bug/issue and we will do everything we can to help you as soon as possible. The best way to do this is to create a Path to Perdition support ticket on our Discord (link to discord support channel). If you don't use Discord or do not want to join our server, you can also use the in-game bug report functionality or this form (link).
How to Report Bugs 101
Here are some best practices for reporting bugs, crashes, or other issues effectively :
One issue per ticket/form. If you are dealing with multiple different issues, reporting them separately using multiple tickets/forms is ideal, unless you believe them to be connected.
Keep it short and specific. Clear titles and descriptions help us identify and solve your issue faster.
Mention the environment. Which hardware and operating system are you using ? Which version of the game is causing the issue ?
Expected vs actual result. Describe your issue by explaining what you expected to happen and what actually happened instead.
Steps to reproduce. Include a list of the exact steps needed to recreate the issue. Use a numbered list and keep it simple.
Screenshot/video. Include a screenshot or video clearly showing the issue. Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.
